About this event
Welcome to our Meditative Sound Bath class at the Ruth Bancroft Garden presented by our partners at Bay Area Sound Bath. This class is designed to help you release and rejuvenate your whole body. Attendees are invited to enter the garden 30 minutes before the event’s start to wander and enjoy the tranquil surroundings; after the session, you’re also encouraged to explore the garden further for an extended, peaceful experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and wear something comfy to encourage relaxation during the session (don’t worry if you don’t have these items, we have extras for you). Members can purchase a total of 4 tickets at the member price point. Become a member today and take advantage of the discount.

During the hour, you will experience the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, which help bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The acoustics of the Great Room provide for a more immersive experience, allowing you to fully lose yourself in the healing sound waves. Sound therapy is a non-invasive method of healing that uses frequencies to help restore balance and harmony to the body and mind.
The vibrations created by the singing bowls can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a sense of well-being. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, Meditative Sound Bath class is suitable for all levels. We invite you to join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, as you allow the healing power of sound to wash over you and bring you into a state of inner peace.
For more information or questions about sound therapy, please reach out to Bay Area Sound Bath. Members must present proof of membership at check-in. Go here for more info about the cancellation and refund policy.
